Location: East
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert and provide comprehensive application support to customers, focused on pre-sales activities
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized product recommendations and solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and training sessions to showcase equipment capabilities
- Collaborate with R&D and product management teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancement and development
- Coordinate team activities, schedule and daily operation of the Innovation Center
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for surface mount process equipment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Define target market segments, customer personas, and value propositions to effectively position products
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Materials Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with SIPLACE, Yamaha, Panasonic or Fuji placement machines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
