Location: East
Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that systems meet company standards and industry regulations.
- Inspections: Coordinate with inspector for regular inspections and installations and components to verify compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Testing: Coordinate with inspector to perform functional and safety tests on systems to identify and address any defects or issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and any non-conformities. Generate quality reports and reports on corrective actions taken.
- Compliance: Ensure that systems adhere to all relevant safety codes and standards, such as Singapore law, SS550:2020, BCA code of accessibility, SCDF fire code and any local building codes.
- Audit: Plan & conduct internal & external audit of company quality processes, identify areas for improvements, make corrective actions, report audit findings and track progress.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Vendor Quality: Collaborate with external stakeholder to establish quality requirements for elevator/escalator components and materials, and conduct supplier audits as necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarise with ISO procedure is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
