Location: East
Responsibilities
- Develop & execute global commodity strategies aligned with company objectives for semiconductor manufacturing;
- Manager relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement processes for critical commodities;
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply-demand dynamics to optimize cost, quality, and delivery of materials;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on commodity strategies;
- Identity and mitigate supply chain risks, develop contingency plans, and implement sustainable sourcing practices;
- Lead a team of commodity specialists to drive supplier performance, cost reduction initiatives, and supply chain efficiency;
- Drive continues improvement initiatives in procurement processes, vendor selections, and supplier relationship management;
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on commodity management effectiveness;
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in mechanical commodities and electronic commodities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
