Location: South
Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers to handle their General pre-sales enquiries
- Analyse market situation that impact sales, transaction volume, and customer payment behavior.
- Provide the right product/services through generation of quotes and follow up on quotations to close the sales
- Support our marketing activities through email and phone conversations
- Support our digital platforms by promoting our E-Commerce capabilities and provide web support to customers
- Improve and redesign process as well as create new initiative projects in Customer Excellence department to increase operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Involve in projects involving departmental processes
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in related Life Science/Bio-Engineering/Biotech background
- 1-3 years experience in customer service oriented environment in similar industry will be an added advantage
- Experience in analysing performance and transaction data using relevant software and tools such as SFDC, SAP, MS Excel
- Good communication skills and comfortable speaking to customers and resolving challenging issues.
