Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project team in day to day operation
- Generation of material purchase requisition
- Process order related duties like order entry/ re-scheduling/ RMA/ shipping document and etc.
- Liaise and follow up with customers and internal to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales report
- Prepare and maintain proper records and filing of all documents
Requirements
- GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales co-ordination/Admin
- No experience is welcomed to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Ms Excel
