Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Commodity and Project Procurement Managers
- Responsible for development and implementation of supply chain strategies
- Support strategic operational initiatives, working closely with the Asia Pacific Plant Operations, Manufacturing Engineering and Global Supplier Quality teams.
- Develop supplier plans that drive continuous improvement in manufacturing process, inventory and capacity planning, allowing improvement in cost, delivery and lead time
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering Mechanical or related
- Min 8 years relevant supply chain / procurement experience in Machining commodity is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of direct material use, cost control and negotiations
