Full Time Islandwide February 17, 2022 Admin & Customer Service

Working Hour: 5 Days work week

Salary Range: $2500 – $3300 +AWS+VB

Various Locations / All Perm

Provide Administrative support to the sales team which includes tender preparation, quotations and proposal presentation slides
Liaise with internal operations team on stock availability for clients
Ensure customer order is accurately captured into system and monitored for fulfilment
Provide timely and accurate information about the order to customer
Act as the primary customer service contact for clients
Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries via emails and phone calls

Requirements

Diploma in any field
1-2 years’ experience in sales coordination
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
