Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Lead annual program roll out for the region, based on pre-determined timelines, ensuring accuracy and timely follow through with local country HR teams
- Design and implement regional interventions across multiple countries
- Evaluate and recommend enhancement opportunities in HR processes in consultation with HR Manager and businesses
- Develop business case to commercialize enhancement opportunities
- Play the lead role in ensuring that the ad-hoc business projects are well executed across the region
- Provide HR support to business in Middle East
- Provide HR operational support to business in Singapore as required
- Other HR duties as arise across the spectrum of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, employment engagement, HR analytics & reporting, and project management.
Requirements
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 3 solid years in HR
- Able to multi-task and handle roles & responsibilities independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player
