Responsibilities
- End to end Recruitment activities from sourcing of candidates, making offers and onboarding process.
- Manage benefits programs such as medical insurance plans, health benefits, service awards and make recommendations to management when required.
- Monthly Payroll Process
- Make Contract renewals to existing staff
- Performance management for organization and professionals
- Providing Employee Relations advice to business leaders and professionals.
- Cultivates a partnering relationship with management and professionals, while maintaining an HR perspective. Establishes open and trusting relationship. Engages productively and proactively in business discussions. Provides input and advises management.
- Performs role as change agent for implementing new HR programs and/or processes. Assists in development and executing communication plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years progressive HR experience in one or more functional areas.
- HR Certification preferred.
- Able to start work immediately is preferred.
