Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations alongside the project team and ensure project targets (scope, schedule, cost, EHS, quality) are constantly monitored to ensure project delivery & success
- Develop detailed project management & execution plans and execute them with minimum supervision from Technical Director
- Track, review and maintain a detailed project plan, schedule and costing
- Managing project deliverable in line with the project plan
- Work closely with other stakeholders and sub project teams to ensure proper interfacing and alignment in the overall project plan
- Implement the project management plan according to the required project charter (customer requirements)
- Directly manage the assigned project team to ensure project meets deliverable & expected benefits and at the interest of the organization
- Guide, Direct, and Motivate the assigned project team — Provide coaching, guidance and direction to project team, including setting of performance standards and monitoring performance; recruiting, hiring, training and development of staff members
Requirements
- Minimum BSc or MSc in Mechanical / Electrical engineering/Computer Science/Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
- 10-15 years of proven Project Management experience directly involved in medium and large projects in Physical security industry / field is an advantage
- PMP/IPMP/Scrum Master/RDPM/ITIL/CCNA/CCNP Certification is an advantage
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
