Location: East
Responsibilities
- Complete the production as per the work sheet and manufacturing checklist
- Operate and maintain the equipment as per the SOP / WI
- Ensure all food safety requirements are fulfilled in the respective work area
- To keep and maintain proper production/warehouse records.
- Take samples and ensure all products produced meet the product specification and quality standard.
- Achieve the agreed department targets on safety, health, and environmental performance.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness at the workplaces via the continuous 5S practices.
- Actively participate in the daily scheduled production/warehouse briefing.
Requirements
- Diploma /Nitec in Technical /Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP, OSHA and EHS regulation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
