Location: South
Responsibilities
- Follow written layout instructions and guides to properly feed material and design requirements in the equipment program or software.
- Inspect finished products for quality to ensure that required products are manufactured as per the project requirements and specifications
- Act and report any quality issue to the supervisor in charge to ensure a consistently high-quality product is being produced.
- Report inventory levels and stock reorder needs to the supervisor in charge as needed.
- Help unload and store raw materials, and clean and maintain storage areas.
- Perform routine machine maintenance as stipulated in the daily checklist, and perform minor troubleshooting and repairs when necessary.
- Manage workload to meet customer deadlines in a fast-paced job shop environment.
- Maintain production rate consistency; meet or exceed established minimum production rates.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ level/ NITEC/ Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalent and/or related experience required
- Minimum of 12 months of previous experience in handling similar equipment
- Minimum technical skills related to basic equipment maintenance required
- Basic knowledge in MS Office applications
