Responsibilities
- Lead the technical team in to design, program, and implement automation systems that integrate and control CNC machines using PLCs.
- Develop and maintain Siemens PLC programs for the CNC machines and related automation systems.
- Build and lead an engineering team to design and test new CNC machining processes and systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of CNC machines into the overall manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines and automation systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all CNC machine programs and automation systems.
- Future need to build a research team after the new CNC controlling system is successfully developed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with CNC machine programming languages, such as G-code or M-code is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
