Location: South
Responsibilities
- Provide technical & engineering supports for Satellite Broadcast Equipment & System.
- Perform satellite uplink & downlink system maintenance including Satellite Antennas (i.e. Satellite Headend / Video Encoder / Multiplexer / Integrated Receiver Decoders (IRDs) , TVROs, Simulsat, Uplink Antenna, SSPA/BUC, UPS & CCTV)
- Perform equipment/system configurations, technical equipment by-pass, switching, routing, patching, and QC of RF & Video signals for HUB operations.
- Perform Satellite downlink and uplink (Adhoc/Fixed) configurations.
- Perform RF equipment/system preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrading and installation works.
- Perform Broadcast equipment/system preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrading and installation works.
- Perform IP broadcast network configurations and maintenance. (IP video streaming)
- Ability to understand technical issues and to provide periodic/planned preventive & corrective maintenance.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related work experience in Satellite Communications or Radio Frequency (RF) Communication Engineering.
- 1 to 3 year(s) work related experience in Satellite TV broadcast or relevant field
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to perform under work pressure
