Responsibilities
- Coordinates all project execution activities from order entry to invoice and Post-Production activities
- Project Order Coordination with Factory and participate in Internal Kick off Meetings and review accuracy of Factories and Suppliers’ lead time commitments
- Lead the project team to establish business processes to meet the agreed special requirements.
- Manage teams to ensure ERP information is updated correctly and on time
- To review and schedule all post-production activities in consideration on factory space and resource capacity to meet customer required needs.
- Leads and participates actively in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree holder in any
- Minimum 5 years of order management, customer service, project management experience
- Minimum 3 years of people management or supervisory work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
