Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily processing of orders
- Handles customer queries relating to shipping delays, documents, discrepancy to ensure service requests are met per the agreed deadlines
- Coordinate closely with customer service team to fulfill any request
- Provides the corrective and preventive actions
- Liaises with team to ensure orders are pack according with shipment cut-off timing
- Prepares shipping documents accordingly with company
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in related discipline
- 1 year experience in order/ admin
- No experience is welcomed
- Knowledge in Computer applications and Process Control systems preferable
