5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Lead company growth and revenue strategy including: new client acquisition, client retention, marketing execution, recruiting, and P&L responsibility.
• Lead and mentor managers and team leads. Provide coaching and feedback to ensure teams and individuals achieve their goals.
• Manage business and day-to-day operations for the offices including Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Marketing.
• Effectively lead company communications and ensuring that information is shared between offices and global teams.
• Develop a high-performing culture that lives our company values and that emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement and excellence.
• Act as a liaison between local leaders at our parent company.
• Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.
• Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite , knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
