Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the upkeep of operation team training records system; Training materials, attendance and calendar.
- Responsible for uploading critical Operation documents into Share folder and conduct regular backup.
- Responsible for receiving daily incoming mail and outgoing mail/courier service for delivery and collection.
- To support the Operational Team on the daily administrative scope of work.
- To support Operation team for procurement process and raise of Purchase Requisition and PO.
- Track work completion and status of work raise under PO till completion.
- To support Operation team for finance and billing process.
- Manage Service report database for finance and billing process.
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
