$4k + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: South

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare replenishment orders, transform sales orders into delivery orders
• Close tracking of track progress until goods are issued and assist third-party logistics provider (3PL) in providing customs compliant documentation
• Liaise with customer service in Headquarters for third-party shipments, confirm release for pick and pack, and providing details on options for transportation
• Liaise with internal departments and Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC)
• Ensure all picking/shipping deadlines, priority cut-off times and all productivity measures are met
• Control mis-ship, backorders, retrieve documentation for payment issues and locate missing product as needed
• Troubleshoot on shipping issues and handle customer complaints
• Continuously review operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics and knowledge on either import/export procedure or warehousing
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Ability to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner
