5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Conduct cycle count by comparing physical stock take to the system and highlight and address abnormality.
- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure they can be reconciled.
- Determine and make provision for slow-moving & obsolete stocks in store.
- Tracking of near expiry stocks and highlights to MD.
- Manage reconciliation of damaged stocks and aging stocks.
- Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively.
- Review the workflow and liaise with the respective department to in place preventive measures to reduce stock loss.
- Resolve any inventory issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics or its equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management from the Food Manufacturing / Food Production / FMCG industry
- Good understanding of Stock Management techniques
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
