Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Manage a full cycle of recruitment activities from candidates sourcing, interviews, offer managements to on boarding arrangements
- Explore and examine potential recruitment channels for effective hiring
- Engage with hiring managers and candidates
- Act as the company’s ambassador to promote employer branding
- Administer HRIS system and update employee employment records: hiring, transfer, promotion and resignation
- Maintain and update personnel information/file database
- Identify and continuously improve on workflow/processes in HR administration
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Min. 2 year of recruitment experience
- Good understand of Human Resource practices and labour laws in Singapore
- Able to multi-task and a good team player
