$3K – $4K+AWS + VB + allowance
Location: Ubi
- Supporting full spectrum of HR operations, i.e. Recruitment, employee matters, welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance, etc
- Responsible for recruitment processes (posting ads, filtering, arranging interviews, hiring preparation)
- Schedule and register staff for approved internal and external training and ensure relevant documentation of completion of course(s) (e.g. keeping records of certificate attendance)
- Assist to liaise with various government agencies (e.g. MOM, CPF, IRAS, Mindef) to resolve various HR transactional issues and ensure adherence to statutory HR obligations (e.g. MOM surveys)
- In charge of payroll
- Min. diploma in HR
- Min 2 years experience in human resource management with hands-on payroll
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
