HR Executive ($3500 +AWS+VB/ Payroll) ref:JT

$3K – $4K+AWS + VB + allowance

Location: Ubi

• Supporting full spectrum of HR operations, i.e. Recruitment, employee matters, welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance, etc
• Responsible for recruitment processes (posting ads, filtering, arranging interviews, hiring preparation)
• Schedule and register staff for approved internal and external training and ensure relevant documentation of completion of course(s) (e.g. keeping records of certificate attendance)
• Assist to liaise with various government agencies (e.g. MOM, CPF, IRAS, Mindef) to resolve various HR transactional issues and ensure adherence to statutory HR obligations (e.g. MOM surveys)
• In charge of payroll

• Min. diploma in HR
• Min 2 years experience in human resource management with hands-on payroll
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
