Work Location: Central
- To perform the full spectrum of HR functions in SEA region
- To partner with business manager to attract, retain, developed suitable talent and ensure sustainability of business operation in HR aspect.
- To handle employee related issues
- To manage the continual development of HR programs, such as recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
- To manage and process payroll for regional offices.
- Ensure local compliance with employment laws, regulations and other statutory HR requirements
Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
- Min 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
- Good knowledge and understanding of local employment laws and regulations
