5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Perform and process spectrum of HR functions and full payroll function
- Onboarding, annual increment and other employee changes, promotion/salary adjustments, training and development, retirement and re-employment matters
- Manage and issue HR letters e.g. letter of offers, termination
- Assist in MOM surveys, Employment Pass or Work Permit online and other transactions, familiar with local MOM sector requirement
- Manage and update the HR system, including e-leave system to ensure accuracy
- Assist and execute rewards and benefits programs e.g. insurance communications to employees, including claims and renewals, employee referral programs, union agreements alignment
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR
- Min 3 years of experience in HR
- Experience in ADP/Celergo/Workday/Timesoft are advantageous
- Knowledge of Singapore local employment laws, IRAS and CPF acts
