$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Handle payroll and levy matters
- WP, SP and EP application and renewals
- Handle BCA trade test, training, performance appraisal, training grants and welfare subsidies
- Manage training records for all staff
- Manage employees’ insurance claims and workmen compensation (WICI)
- Maintaining employees’ database and leave record, including annual and medical leave
- Assist in onboarding process and participate in HR programme and initiatives for recruitment, employee engagement, training, etc
- All other ad hoc employees’ related matters
Requirements
- Knowledge in employment laws and regulations
- Detail oriented, strong work ethics when handling confidential matters, skilled in people management and negotiation
- Experience with TMS HRM system will be an advantage
- IT savvy and proficient in MS Office
