$2700 + AWS + VB + allowance

Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize disruption to operations.
- Work closely with building operations, contractors, agencies etc.
- Responsible for renovation, refurbishment, reinstatement, upgrading and improvement and/or capital projects of development and/or premises in accordance to requirements.
- Ensure building services and M&E system are serviced as per contract and schedule.
- Evaluate vendors and contractors for maintenance, servicing and repairs works.
- Monitor repairs and condition of M&E equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Attend to tenant’s feedback promptly and ensure any rectification works are done with minimum disturbance.
- Monitor work efficiency and improve processes and activities for delivery of performance standards.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building facilities & maintenance / Facility experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
