Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Commission, calibrate and maintain the performance of the sensors;
- Provide effective solutions to customers’ concerns.
- Communicate with clients’ engineers and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
- Prepare presentations and conduct training to the customers to keep up to date with the latest developments of the sensors;
- Write reports and present findings to the Manager after each service visit.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Technical service experience within engineering space is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
