EXHIBITION MANAGER ($3800-$4200/AWS/VB)ref: BT

$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, execute, and oversee all aspects of the exhibition and retail space including construction stage.
• Project budgeting: monitor and manage it to ensure within the budgeting.
• Work with Marketing team to give the event better visibility to better align with the overall event theme and focus.
• Look at creative ways to deliver a high quality and memorable experience for attendees.
• Liaises and coordinates with suppliers and vendors, overseeing the exhibition set-up by contractors.
• Leads and coordinates all aspects of the exhibition.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure that the exhibition delivers the desired message and goals.
• Formulate, direct, and coordinate the exhibition to promote products or services by working with advertising or promotion managers.

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality/Event/MICE or Project Management, in any related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in Exhibition
• Resourceful team player with impeccable integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
