Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Bringing events to life by working collaboratively with other , specifically Operations and F&B
- Developing and coordinating private and corporate hire events for the club and boat hire
- Maintaining standards of practice for the booking systems, invoice systems, and other processes
- Proposing trends, technology, and leading innovations for new event formats (including digital) and collaborating with the team on themes and installations for big events like Halloween and Chinese New Year
- Having strong organisational presence during these events
- Developing and managing proposals and budgets for clients and work with senior team members to create detailed budgets for larger scale events
- To be on-site to supervise the progress of work deployment
- Supervise, lead and manage operations team to ensure works are done in safe and timely manner, and per the client’s requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient event planning experience and excellent client management skills is a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skill
