PROJECT MANAGER (Event) ($4000-$5000/AWS/VB)Ref: FS

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Formulate effective business strategies to attract new clients
• Demonstrate strong client servicing skills and implement marketing and communication
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and preferences
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines for various events, and manage them from initiation to completion
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and logistical professionals, to ensure successful event execution
• Provide creative input and strategic recommendations to enhance event concepts and themes
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve event quality and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality or Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
