$3500+ AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: South
Responsibilities
- You will ensure smooth flow of shipment, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents.
- You will prepare full set of export shipping documents – invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin, marine insurance certificate, other industrial certificates.
- You will apply pre-shipment inspection when needed.
- You will coordinate shipment with local production and overseas suppliers.
- You will monitor payments accordingly to contractual payment term and company policy.
- You will ensure all sales are timely posted for accounts monthly closing.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree / Advance Diploma / Diploma in any related field.
- Preferred min 3 years of experience in preparing full spectrum of export shipping documentation.
- Experienced in negotiating export L/C and handling collection bills will be an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast paced operations and meet deadlines.
