Customer Marketing, Analyst / Specialist ( $4400-$7000/AWS/VB )ref: AK

 

$7K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist to formulate lead generation campaign strategies to build a lasting and seamless digital platform for distribution channels to acquire leads digitally
  • Work closely with team, partners, actuarial, distribution channels and other internal stakeholders to brainstorm, conceptualise, design, iterate and finalise customer propositions
  • Conduct propositions/ideas/concepts testing with customers and distribution channels
  • Proactively find opportunities within the marketplace and stay on top of industry and market trends to generate new ideas for digital lead generation initiatives and ensure effectiveness of customer propositions
  • Obsessively uses data and insights to drive marketing decisions and refresh customer propositions to optimise results
  • Define and constantly fine-tune lead flow processes and work with tech, UX and web team to optimise a seamless customer journey and campaign workflows
  • Develop creative concept and marketing communication materials for digital lead generation campaigns that can be used by our distribution channels to promote the proposition and acquire customers
  • Develop creative concept and marketing communication materials for product launches and marketing campaigns that can be used by our distribution channels to promote and educate customers on new products/campaigns.

 

Requirements

  • At least 6 years’ experience in digital marketing role or digital agency. Experience in marketing of Financial products is a plus
  • Experience in developing and implementing integrated campaigns across digital and offline media is a plus
  • Obsess about customers, constantly listen, engage, and act for their benefit
  • Ability to think big, work independently and have curiosity to discover ways to enable business outcomes
