Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound/inbound contact engagements to promote insurance products.
- Up-selling and cross-selling of insurance products to existing policyholders
- Contact customers for renewal and recovery procedures.
- Ensure calls activities are in line with regulations and quality standards.
- Committed to work extended office hours during campaigns and initiatives
- Work with the Team leader to setup Life training
- Attend to multi touch-points services via digital platforms to address customers’ concerns in a customer centric manner.
- Contribute to the sales efforts to attain business sales goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the life insurance and financial services industry and familiar with Life insurance products
- CMFAS Insurance Certifications such as Module 5, 8 and 9 will be added advantage
- Independent yet comfortable in working in teams
- Passionate & strong belief in concepts of risk management
