$2800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the smooth operation of day-to-day cleaning operations of the site(s)
- Arrange transport of machinery, cleaning equipment and supplies to site as needed
- Plan and schedule deployment of cleaners to sites. Arrange relief cleaners to cover sites with manpower shortage
- Perform periodic site checks to ensure service levels and performance standards
- Perform site Safety Risk Assessments
- Ensure that complaints are resolved promptly
- Assist in hiring, on-boarding and training of new cleaners
- Any other duties as per assigned by management from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels with 2 years’ work experience in related or similar field
- Good industry knowledge on commercial cleaning and disinfection.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills and able to interact with stakeholders
- Prior experience in performing Safety Risk Assessment.
