Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients and manage existing clients.
- Attend to clients’ inquiries and issues, recommend suitable products to clients.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Strongly committed to achieving growth and sales targets.
- Schedule and perform company introduction.
- Follow & maintain awareness on upcoming industry trends and recommend marketing strategies.
- Generate and submit sales reports to the management.
- Responsible for providing presales knowledge / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Meticulous and proactive team player
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Recognized Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or relevant professional qualifications.
- Good F&B knowledge/ F&B background (will be advantageous)
