$4K – $5.5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  South

 

Responsibilities

  • Work on call center tickets that come in via phone or email or onsite
  • Monitor and manage system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets
  • Support technical issues involving System, Hypervisor and Storage
  • Level 1 & 2 technical support at the System & Storage level: System and Storage connectivity and security
  • Basic remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, and RDP, Team Viewer or Webex
  • Product knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, VMware vCenter, HyperV, SAN Storage, Backup Solution, AWS, Azure.
  • Upgrading of Hypervisor, Patching of Windows and Linux system
  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction

 

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in relevant field
    At least 2 years of relevant experience.
    Diagnose technical issues
