Responsibilities
- Maintains highest standards of ethics and integrity
- Maintains highest standards of personal conduct and appearance
- Identifies, establishes, and implements local promotions designed to maximize sales for the operation, with the agreement of 4Fingers
- Implements brand promotions
- Manage day to day operations that includes the highest safety and hygiene standards compliant with regulations
- Develops sales, cost, profit targets
- Responsible for the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly restaurant reports
- To keep and implement 4Fingers standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Have minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, supporting Restaurant operations listed
- Handson person at all times
- One with great passion, to operate like a business owner, people orientated, driven and hungry
- Able to drive, manage people and takes pride in delivering the best to the customer
