Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1700hrs, 0900hrs to 1800hrs or 1000hrs to
1900hrs
Alternate Saturdays: 0800hrs to 1200hrs,0900hrs to 1300hrs or 1000hrs to
1400hrs

Responsibilities
- Receive daily receipts (cash, credit cards, cheques, etc.) and posting
- Match online sales receipts and posting , Process refund and invoicing; Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Monitor customers’ credit limit and Bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of month end reports and statement of accounts
- Assist in the preparation of journals for monthly closing of accounts
- Prepare management & audit analysis schedules
- Other administrative tasks (such as filing)
Requirements
- Diploma/NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferably with at least 2 years’ accounting experience in related field
