$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Handling and providing customer service ie. answering of freight enquiries from customers and overseas agents
- Generating quotations to customers
- Negotiate rates with carriers/liners/agents
- Handling bookings with shipping lines/airlines & co-loaders
- Follow up on export shipments and updating of shipping status
- Co-ordination of pick up and deliveries
- Preparation of export permits and all shipping documentation
- Generating invoices.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years freight forwarding experience
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customer-oriented
