Responsibilities
- Maintain all relevant revenue and expenditure for each project and match budgets to all Purchase Orders Issued
- Investigate potential over/under budget Items and identify and investigate open PO with projects completed
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on project related queries
- Month-end closing Preparation of Journal Entries for (related to project)
- Issue of Purchase Order and assist in data migration to Enterprise System
- Involved in Annual Audit
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or Equivalent
- Min 2 years relevant experience in job costing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAGE AccPac or EPICOR is an added advantage
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
