• Plan, develop, oversee the execution of the overall strategy to tackle each identified pain point
along the way
• Communicate with our existing customers to develop a relationship and identify their pain
points & problems
• Prospecting potential customers to develop a relationship
• Identify and develop new business capabilities to further enhance our overall capability
• Plan and develop new ways to further expand into the existing client base that we are already
serving
• Collaborate with the marketing team on new initiative/ promotions
• Collaborate with the sales team to pass on key information to the respective personnel and
monitor the sales cycle
• Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships with businesses / brands
• Constantly maintain a strong understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of our products
and services
Requirements:
Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management
At least 5 years working experience in the related field
Well-versed in MS Office
Able to travel
