$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Monitor and train Project Engineer / Technician.
- Liaise with Client, Consultants and Project team for planning, executive and completion of projects.
- Manage and supervise the team of technical staff and subcontractors carry out maintenance services, schedules, improvement works . To make sure standards of building performance, quality, time and cost schedules and safety complied.
- Leading monthly meetings and submission of routine reports.
- Oversea and overall responsible for works carried out by Junior Supervisors assigned.
- Responsible for keeping daily work schedule.
- Attend regular meetings with client , supplier and sub-contractors.
- Analyze, manage and track projects costs against budget.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Project Management/ACMV is a plus.
- Possess a Class 3 License.
