Responsibilities
- Prepares customer quotations in a timely manner, technically accurate, and offers the best possible application solution
- Reviews more complex project specifications and perform valve, material selection, and actuator sizing. Including submission of any comments and deviations
- Responds and provide information on product range, and prices and generate quotations in accordance with specifications/customer requirements
- Recommends alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications
- Communicates with internal manufacturing locations for queries on costing, lead time, special requirements
- Ensures customers’ purchase orders are technically accurate as quoted and commercially verified before sending for order entry
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Flow Control and/or Instrumentation Industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent follow-up and analytical skills.
