Responsibilities
- Collaborate to elicit and review business requirements
- Provide solutions to issues/challenges faced by business in terms of process, technology and tools
- Analyse and document the “to be” business and operations processes
- Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements based on business requirements.
- Design, develop and deploy processes to be centralised and enable operational manual tasks across the division
- Work with Test Manager to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Support management with producing all reporting needs
- Perform impact assessment and estimation for Change Requests
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience with of at least 5 years in tools automation using VBA, RPA, Qlik Sense for a significant scale organisation or project
- Experience in bridging data across multiple platforms to perform automated reconciliation and dashboarding into Qlik Sense – example JIRA, PPM, SAP
- Expertise with all PPM modules
- Technical expertise in data analysis using SQL, MS Access and Qlik Sense
