Location: East
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for to walk in, phone in, text in and live chat customer
- Prepare pricing and information for air ticket, tour, cruise and insurance enquiry
- Handle own sales operations include booking, confirmation and travel document
- Assist to update itinerary for website packages and group sample itinerary
- Support Travel Consultant role when necessary
- Be familiar with Fare database, other systems that are in use and do bookings for the client.
- Understand the client’s needs in order to provide efficient service to the client at all times
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Travel/ Tourism is a plus.
- Excellent communication and people engagement skills
