$2800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Assist Cruise Department in handling travel requirements of air and/or cruise passengers visiting Singapore. May entail some field work and irregular working hours.
- Liaise with principals/clients and handle arrival/departure arrangements, sightseeing/shore excursions, private requests, hotel accommodation, etc.
- Liaise with suppliers (transportation, hotels, sightseeing attractions, tours, restaurants, etc).
- Coordinate ground services and quote rates.
- Plan assignments for guides and transportation logistics.
- Provide expert knowledge to different clientele in areas of leisure operations
- Support Travel Consultant role when necessary
- Attend to customer’s enquiries and requests
Requirements
- Minimum O-Levels or Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
