Responsibilities
- Review and process Letters of Credit, ensuring compliance with all relevant terms.
- Verify and validate accuracy of documents required for Letters of Credit transactions.
- Facilitate any necessary amendments to Letters of Credit in collaboration with banks and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit accurate export documents in adherence to Letters of Credit and contract terms.
- Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within specified timelines.
- Administer and manage freight loans, including the processing of relevant documentation and communication with financial institutions.
- Verify export and import Letters of Credit to confirm accuracy and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Liaise with banks for the negotiation of shipping documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, UCP600, and incoterms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
