BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ($5000-$8000/AWS/VB)ref: TK

$8K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain the corporate financial model for use in forecasting, budgeting, credit ratings and scenario analysis in case of acquisitions or capital raisings
• Build and maintain financial models in support of: bidding for new projects, executing project financing, and evaluating M&A / acquisition targets
• Assist in valuation analysis for acquisition targets
• Prepare presentation materials for management and/or the Board of Directors and relevant committees in support of M&A, corporate finance or other strategic initiatives
• Evaluate M&A targets and greenfield proposals based on strategy and returns requirements
• Managing and coordinating project development or M&A activities, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders or banks/financiers
• Manage due diligence processes for acquisitions or fund raising
• Support project financing activities for existing and new projects

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experienced in GST & Witholding Tax; knowledge in SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
