Location: East
Responsibilities
- Manage the technical and operational aspects of LNG vessels, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess vessel condition, maintenance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with onboard and shore-based teams to plan and execute maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Monitor and analyze vessel performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including suppliers and classification societies, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to onboard crew members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning.
- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses, implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes, applying knowledge to enhance fleet operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for technical analysis and reporting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
