ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER ($4000-$5500/AWS/VB)ref: ML

$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Manage various stages and all aspects of project management from inception to completion.
• Preparation of contractual and tender documents for review, approval and submission.
• Comply with relevant regulatory and legislative prerequisites in preparation for project execution.
• Manage and collect data for project progress reporting and benchmarking.
• Manage the company and project filing system.
• Evaluation of Contractor claims, variations, delay and extension of time (EoT).
• Follow established quality control policies, processes and procedures.
• Coordination and manage site team and project stakeholders (i.e., consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, etc.) effectively to ensure that the project is completed in compliance with the specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical & Electrical, Civil & Structural Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). MS Project will be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
